Kristi is also a: RYT 200, Holistic Health Practitioner, Holistic Health Advisor, HHC, Reiki Master, Wilderness First Responder, Credentialed Teacher, NREMT

Kristi wholeheartedly believes in the body, mind, spirit and breath connection. To be healthy and balanced, one must consider healing and strengthening each of those parts of their being. It is her desire to help you do that via massage, yoga, organized hikes in nature, and health coaching sessions.

Kristi is a mother of two adult children, a Certified Lactation Educator/Counselor, and former La Leche League Advisor and Leader. This experience has provided her extra compassion and understanding for the mother-to-be during her prenatal and postnatal massage sessions.

Her empathetic spirit and experience of caring for others during their end of life, along with their beginning of life, has provided her a sense of understanding in what a gentle, therapeutic, calming touch can do for the mind and body. She is grateful massage allows her to pass this along to others.

She believes yoga was a key component to her recovery from ME/CFS 8 years ago. It continues to keep her well, and she enjoys sharing this modality of health with clients.

Being in nature promotes wellness. Mountains are a huge part of Kristi's life. She has organized and led over 300 hikes within California, so others can get out in nature with partners in a safe way. She promotes learning while outdoors, and homeschooled her children throughout the 50 states by including visits to National Parks, monuments, sites and various trails.

Kristi brings knowledge, compassion and a desire to learn more to any interaction she has with her clients.

Mountains teach and heal
Learn and live, Live and Learn

Brett wholeheartedly believes in the power of touch for relieving aches and pains, whether they are physical or emotional. He enjoys connecting and helping others through their difficulties and can empathize with each person he comes across.

His style of massage would be characterized as deliberate, comforting, and unhurried. A really good massage isn't about compacting the muscles as much as possible, or else a massage therapist could be easily replaced by a robot.

Brett walks into every massage session as a unique lesson and experience. To get to and release the tension in deeper muscles, takes time and a solid foundation of knowledge. Deep tissue massage needs a strong and sure touch to prevent the body from locking up and allow the body to unravel. A good Swedish massage takes a different touch, but just as much dedication to reach the depths of relaxation.

Brett will work with you to understand why you have the aches and pains you do. He is always willing to discuss your care and make suggestions on improving your health. There are innumerable aspects to massage and what physical touch can do for the body.

Brett is always continuing to learning more about the body and bringing that knowledge to better serve his clients.
