Policies

No Tip Policy: We view our work more aligned with chiropractic care and physical therapy. Our goal is to improve health and as healthcare workers, we don't believe it is right to accept tips.

Cancelation Policy: We ask that clients cancel at least 24 hours before their appointment. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the missed appointment depending on the circumstances leading to the last-minute cancelation or no-show.

Draping Policy: We've made a commitment that each therapist adheres to proper and comfortable draping techniques. We will always stay within our client's level of comfort and are happy to drape in a way that fosters a sense of security.

Payment Types Accepted: We accept major credit cards, cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp.
